The rear display uses mini LEDs to show notifications, battery status, timers and other information. The handset also features a 6,500mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging, making battery life another key highlight of the device.

The Pova 8 Pro 5G price in India starts at Rs. 49,999 for the variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The higher-end model with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at Rs. 54,999.
As part of the launch offers, buyers can get an instant cashback of Rs. 3,000 on eligible card and UPI transactions. This brings the effective price of the base model down to Rs. 46,999.
The company is also offering no-cost EMI options for up to 18 months, with monthly instalments starting at Rs. 2,777.
Pova 8 Pro 5G Specifications and Features
The dual-SIM Pova 8 Pro 5G runs HiOS 16 based on Android 16. Tecno has promised two Android OS upgrades and three years of security updates for the smartphone.
The device features a 6.78-inch HyperLux AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,208 x 2,644 pixels. The panel supports a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, has a pixel density of 429ppi, and offers up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness.

One of the most distinctive features of the Pova 8 Pro 5G is its Alive Matrix Display located on the rear panel.
